There are three million
firearm owners in Canada. Gun control is an issue that will
determine many of our votes. The Reform Party promises to repeal
Bill C-68 when they form the government. Firearm owners
collectively have the power to make a change in government.
GET
OUT AND VOTE
The battle the firearms
community fought on Bill C-68 was the biggest in the
legislative history of Canada. It far exceeded the battle
over the GST. The RFOC was there in the fight.
In order to defeat the
Liberals at the polls, thereby defeating Bill C-68, we
need to rearm financially. Please renew your membership
in the RFOC or make a donation to our
Political
Action Fund.

IS THIS THE CANADA
YOU WANT??
BROKEN
PROMISES
- In the last election,
Jean Chretien promised Canadians JOBS, JOBS, JOBS.
Well, lets take a
good look.
Four million Canadians unemployed.
Another .5 million who have dropped through the cracks
because they are no longer officially looking for work.
- Jean Chretien promised
to kill the GST. He is quoted as saying "We hate it
and we will kill it."
The Liberal Government now promises
to harmonize the GST with the provinces -- A NEW SUPER
TAX ON CONSUMER SPENDING.
- Liberals promised to
save Medicare but health care spending was cut by 40%
In our communities, if people knew
the truth about Liberal slashing of health care
transfers, there would be a sign in front of many a
closed hospital ward saying "Closed by the Liberal
Party of Canada."
Infamous Red Book (No
longer available, no doubt due to their broken promises.)
ECONOMIC
OUTLOOK
There have been 35 federal
tax increases by the Liberals since the last election.
- By next year, the Liberals, under
Mr. Martins budget will be taking $26 billion more
per year from the pockets of taxpayers than in the year
they were elected. This means for the average family
there has been a $3,000 drop in disposable income
courtesy of Liberal spend-and-tax policies.
- The new tobacco law will eliminate
120,000 jobs, and adversely affect tourism, sporting
events, arts and entertainment.
- Army and police budget cutbacks.
- Fishing and sporting goods stores,
wilderness and outdoor recreational facilities closed
down due to implementation of Bill C-68.
MORE
LIBERAL BLUNDERS
SOMALIA AFFAIR
The Liberal government is shutting down
the Somalia Inquiry to avoid any embarrassments in the upcoming
federal election.
MULRONEY AIR BUS AFFAIR
Justice Minister Allan Rock should be
dismissed for incompetence over paying more than one million
dollars of tax payer's money to former Prime Minister Brian
Mulroney for the Liberal governments role in the Airbus
Affair.
CRIME
CONTROL
Child killer Clifford
Olsons court bid for early release after serving
only 15 years of a life sentence is directly attributable
to the inaction of Justice Minister Allan Rock.
- Under the Liberal priority -- which
inspired the Young Offenders Act, the current
revolving-door parole system, and the faint hope clause -
the highest priority has been given to protection of the
rights of persons accused or convicted of crime, rather
than the victims.
- Liberals under Pierre Trudeau
eliminated our rights to protection of property. We have
little or no right to self protection and the police are
not responsible for your personal safety.
The
Liberals are willing to spend 1.5 billion dollars on Bill
C-68 putting an unjust, unworkable & economically
devastating law into place that will further cost
HUNDREDS
OF MILLIONS OF CANADIAN TAX DOLLARS to administer and
enforce.
